Google deprives its users of an important feature of Google Photos

Google announced its intention to make changes to the mechanism of using the Google Photos application, which many users of phones and smart devices around the world rely on.

Google mentioned in its blog that from June 1, 2021, the users of the cloud service for the Google Photos application will not be able to rely on the service to save photos and videos in unlimited quantities, but limits will be set for the amount of data that they will be able to store in this service for free.

It explained that the cloud storage space that will be available to users of the application for free will be limited to 15 GB, and if the user wants to have more space to save his data, he will be able to obtain it for a fee.

Google has assured ‘Google Photos’ users that their data, photos and videos saved on the application's cloud service before 1st June next year, will not apply to the new terms of use, but the previously mentioned terms will only apply to the data that they will store in the cloud service after this date.
