Benefits of eating eggs daily

Dr Olga Kurabliova, a Russian dietitian, says eggs are a natural, soothing food that reduces appetite. Eggs are useful because they contain 13% protein, 12% fat, calcium, phosphorus and a whole range of vitamins, the expert told. The benefit of eggs has nothing to do with the color of its crust. Because the color of the egg shells is linked to the chicken lineage, i.e. the benefit of brown and white eggs is equal.

Egg yolks contain lectin, which nourish brain tissue, provide phosphorus and prevent cholesterol plaques, she said. In 100 grams of egg yolks, 1.7 milligrams of lectins are the main component of vitamin D, especially in the winter season, where sunny days are reduced, because the body produces vitamin D when the skin comes into contact with UV rays.

Eating one or two eggs a day helps build muscle mass, and it's easier to absorb egg protein than meat protein, she said. Although 100 grams of eggs contain a few calories (150-160 kK), it is very nutritious and reduces appetite, allowing for less food than usual.

 Eggs recommended for one day:

A healthy person can eat 2-3 eggs a day and theoretically can eat up to 10 eggs and more. However, it is best not to eat more than 5-6 eggs, as other nutrients should be eaten alongside the eggs.

"The body absorbs egg yolks in all its cases - raw, fried, boiled and others, but raw eggs can contain dangerous salmonella bacteria," she says. Therefore, it is preferable to take it boiled, as in addition to which the body absorbs it better."

Eating eggs daily improves mood, she said, with 100 grams of which contain 320 milligrams of natural soothing choline. 100 grams of boiled eggs contain 20% of the body's daily need for tryptophan, which produces the happiness hormone serotonin.

 When avoid eating eggs?

Eggs can cause allergies such as strawberries, nuts, etc. It is also not recommended for people with high cholesterol levels. As well as those with pancreatitis or problems with the liver, bile bag and acute gastritis.
