Different ways to find out the app version in Android App Store

Android is now one of the most popular and best mobile operating systems, Android has more features and customization options that make phone use very easy and easier to control. Also, the availability of applications for this system is very high. On average, Android users install approximately 30-50 apps on their smartphones. While installing the app, we don't care to know which version is released. However, we may need to know which app has been released to see if a feature is available for that release.

If a particular app is not available in the Google Play Store, users can download apps from third-party stores. At that time, knowing the version of the app can be affordable because of the availability of app information in the store or location. In this topic, we'll share some of the best ways to find out which version of the Android app you're using on your phone.

1- By using the app manager option in your phone:

This method is very easy, it is only enough to access the settings menu in the phone by clicking on the phone settings app icon in the main destination of your Android phone.

With the Settings interface, select the Apps or Apps option.

Now you'll find a list of all the apps installed on your phone, all you have to do is select which app you want to know its version. For example, we select the Amazon app.

You'll find the app version number is written somewhere in the page. In our case, it is at the bottom-left of the page below. We have therefore identified the version of the app. You can apply this method to any app you have on your phone.

2- Use a section about the app in any app:

The easiest and fastest way to know the app version is to access the "About app" option. Most popular apps already have a page about the app. A page about the app will display the release information for this app with some other details.

An option about the app is hidden somewhere in the app itself, and you need to find it. This option is usually within the settings for the app, as for Amazon in its app, as shown below.

In some apps you probably won't find a choice about the app, and there are some other apps that may not have this option, so you should use the previous method or the following method.

3- Through Google Play Store:

The Google Play Store is the third best option to see which app is released in android. Just follow a few simple steps below and you'll reach your goal.

In the first step, open your Google Play app in your phone, and then click on the three lines at the top in order to show the side menu. From this list, select my apps & games option, which is the first option.

Now click on the installed or Installed option among the options at the top. This is in order to access the list of applications installed in the phone via the Google Play Store.

Select the app you want to know about its app version in your app list, for example, we've selected the Amazon app.

Scroll down in the app interface in the Google Play Store and select an option about the app or about this app.

So you'll find the app version installed on your phone, and you'll usually have the latest version of the app because the apps are updated first-in-store.
