A new feature appears on YouTube

 YouTube's popular platform has begun to test a new feature that has received great interaction between users and content makers on the platform.

Clips, which is currently being tested in a limited way, offers the ability to document small clips from live videos, ranging in duration from 5 to 60 seconds, and the ability to republish or share them with others.

Clips are 5-60 sec, shareable, segments of content (Live/VOD) that live on top of the original video.

When the user accesses a specific channel that supports the new feature, the Clips logo will be noticed at the bottom of the video, and by clicking on it, it will select a specific clip from the video, and the pressure will be given to the Share Clip option that he will be able to share via the URL.

According to tech experts, this feature offers great potential for content makers because many do not want to republish long videos, or prefer to document part of them only for an educational or even propaganda purpose, or to make a short clip to post on social networks.

YouTube administrators are testing many new features that will make its platform more useful to users and channel owners, new features that have begun to be tested include "voice ads", and the platform is also supposed to get so-called "dynamic music lists" that help authors promote their music.
