6 tips for using frying oil correctly, Beware of using it more than twice



Some of us have a container that we use to hold the frying oil after we're done cooking in it.  Not throwing the oil in immediately after using it may contribute to the economy, but, did you know that you should not use it again more than twice?

 6 tips for using frying oil the right way:


 * The oil should be gradually heated up, avoiding smoking and burning it. 

 * Do not fill more than half of the pan with oil.

 * Avoid adding new oil to old oil.

 * After frying, make sure to filter the oil with a fine filter or a clean cloth, then it can be placed in an airtight glass container.

 * Dispose of the oil immediately when its smell or color changes, or when a lot of fumes rise during frying.

 * Do not use frying oil more than twice.
