Schedule your text messages with Google Messages app

Google is constantly working to develop its own messaging application named Messages, and support it with many new features from time to time, in order to attract users to make it the default text messaging application in their phones instead of the smartphone manufacturers' applications.

Regarding this, Google recently introduced a new feature in the application that allows users to scheduling text messages.  Schedule Messages, how does this new feature work?

Google has not officially announced the feature yet. It appears that this feature so far is available to a limited number of users however it is expected that the ability to schedule messages will become more widely available to everyone.

All you have to do is press and hold the Send button, and within the pop-up window you will see the option (schedule message) schedule message, and you will also see three suggestions from the application to send the message later during the day, or tomorrow.

You can also specify a custom date and time to send the message by clicking on the option (select date and time), and once you select the appropriate time and date, all you have to do is click on the Save option, and the clock icon will appear next to the scheduled message, You can also tap any of your scheduled messages to immediately update, delete or send the message.
