Galaxy A32 5G .. Cheapest 5G phone from Samsung

Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy A32, making this affordable 5G-enabled phone to date.

The Galaxy A32 5G may be one of the best-known devices based on the gear and price package, with the device debuting in Europe, starting at €279 for a 64GB or €299 version for 128GB.

The device offers a 6.5-inch TFT LCD screen with 1600×900 pixels and a 60Hz update, and given that, the screen is by no means the most accurate but a powerful selling point.

A 5,000-milliamp battery supports fast charging at 15 watts via the USB-C port, as well as a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The device follows options including 4, 6 or 8GB of RAM capacity, as well as expandable 64 or 128GB of storage.

The device includes a 48MP basic rear camera, a very wide 8MP lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro lens, and a 13MP front camera.

Samsung does not mention the processor used by the phone, which it says is an eight-core chip with a frequency of 2.0 GHz, but it is expected to be dimensity 720 from MediaTech.

The Galaxy A32 5G comes with a microSD card slot for expanding storage, and Samsung says the phone will be available from February 12.

The options include black, white, blue and purple, and Samsung has not confirmed whether the 3.5mm headphone port is included in the Galaxy A32 5G, nor has it confirmed whether the device will be available outside European markets.

Last year, Samsung launched the Galaxy A42 5G,a smartphone supporting low-cost 5G networks, featuring a 6.6-inch, 720×1600p display, snapdragon 750G processor, quad camera and 5,000mA battery.

The current year 2021 should not see a shortage of phones supporting affordable 5G networks, including the OnePlus Nord N10 5G, which is sold for $300.

The arrival of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 480 5G segment paves the way for cheaper and cheaper devices than $200.
