New features for Microsoft's video communication app to compete with Zoom

Microsoft indicated that users of the Teams application via computers can now make free 24-hour video conference calls, which allow 300 people at one time.

The most important thing is that the person who wants to join one of the free conference calls will not need a special Microsoft electronic account, or to download the Teams application on his device, but will be able to join the call via a web browser.

Experts believe that this feature will make Teams a strong competitor to the famous Zoom application, especially since the latter limits the duration of free group video calls that include large number of users to 40 minutes.

Microsoft has introduced many practical features to Teams in the past few months to increase its competition for other applications, and the most prominent of these features are the feature of blurring the background during video calls, and the video filters feature that helps to control the rate of brightness of the image during video calls.
